This chair is fantastic. It needs to be fully assembled but it is simple thing to do even without illustrated instructions. Assembly is as easy as it can get. The screws are MASSIVE! Once you out this little chair together there is no wobble, it is STURDY. Holes on the pieces that go in between the sides are slightly smaller then the screws which ensures the screws stay snug, this is brilliant. They included 1 extra screw and 2 Allen wrenches, even a plastic extender for the Allen wrench so it is easier to operate. Plus the plastic container with the sticker so you can secure it to the wall ir wherever you want. Unbelievable attention to detail. The chair also has a little feet to prevent it from scratching your floor. The wood finish is super smooth although it does not look like there is any extra coating. This is great because there is no chemicals and we all know kids will try to taste whatever they can. The height of seat is adjustable to better accommodate kids different heights. All if the edges are perfectly rounded, I really get impression this chair is engendered with the kids in mind. My only problem with this chair is that there is one chair and I have two kids, 1yr old and a 3yr old. We also have a Melisa and Doug wooden table and this chair fits perfectly.
I bought this for my 5-year-old. I adjusted it to the highest position and it is just right.I think it is probably just right for 2 to 5-year-olds.It is stable enough for me to sit on it as an adult. I like it.
We bought this chair for our 3 years to sit down by coffee table to do some activities and watch videos with tablet device. It is a very good quality and easy to assemble.
